November 1, 2007 Dear Mr. Bert Giannaccini, I happened to find in my possession a copy of the Century Scroll and was severely flabbergasted by your appalling Halo 3 review. Your overly exaggerated account of a supposedly “purely amazing” game fails to take into account the poor level of innovation, rampant occurrence of online cheating, and use of a disappointing conclusion. Halo 3 is a fun game to play, but it is certainly not “the best first person shooter ever to grace a video game console.” Your lack of effective critique begs the question – have you even played Halo 3? I challenge you to a cross-county, mano y mano, full-on fisticuffs Halo 3 faceoff. Best of three rounds wins the title of county champ. Are you ready to defend your pitiful review?
